Yoga Fusion is a blend of many different training styles. The main focus is Breathing, Form, and a 0 tolerance for pain. Yoga Fusion will push you to move in all planes of movement, adding tabatas for intensity and challenging the body. While this class is a continuous flow, I urge that every client listen to his/her own body and take the appropriate modifications when needed. This is a mat-based class yet No Yoga experience is necessary. This class is appropriate for all ages, and fitness levels. All you need for this work-out is a mat and ice water, towel is optional. We do use light weights on some days just to add even more variety to your work-out. Email notifications will be sent out on these days. All clients will sign a waiver. So take this one hour, and start taking care of yourself today!
